AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING MR THE APPOINU-JENT OF AN
AUDITOR FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01$&IISSIONERS OF THE
jCITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
There is hereby re-created the position of Auditor of
the City of Paducah. The Auditor shall be elected by the Board of
Commissioners and shall serve at the pleasure of the Board, and
shall receive the same compensation as heretofore provided by
ordinance. He shall perform such duties as are required of him
by Sections 3126, 31272 31282 3129 and 3130 of Kentucky Statutes,
and shall also perform such other duties as may be required by
the Board of Commissioners and by the Commissioner of Public Finance.
SECTION 2.
All prdinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance to take effect from and after its
passage.
