A RESOLUTION PROVIIING FOR THE CONSTFUCTION OF CURBS
AND GUTTERS ON BOTH SIDES OF SEVENTH STREET, FROM THE NORTH PROPERT
LIKE OF HUSBANDS STREET TO THE SOUTH CURB LINE OF CALL'::ELL STE`FT,
AND ON BOTH SIDES OF C—Li-77ELL STRErT FROM THE !PEST PROPERTY LINE OF
SEVENTH STREET TO THE EAST CURB LINE OF EIGHTH STIEET IN THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WITH ALL NECESSARY MANHOLES, INTAKES, CATCH
BASINS AND S•E.!ER PIPE, INCLUDING ALL NECESSARY ENGINEERING,
ADVERTISING M D LEGAL AND CLERICAL SERVICE IN CONNECTION TH7RE.-ITH,
AND ALL TO BE DONE AT THE COST OF THE Os'lNERS OF ABUTTING PROPERTY,
AND PROVIDING THAT SANK IPiAY BE PAID FOR UPON THE TEN YEAR PAYI:I IT
PLAN.
11=REAS, it is deemed a necessity and is hereby
declared by the Board of Commissioners to be a necessity that curbs
and otters be constructed un -.on both sides of Seventh Street, from
the North property line of Husbands Street to the South curb line
of Caldwell Street, and on both sides of Caldwell Street, from the
';lest property line of Seventh Street to the East curb line of
Eighth Street, in the City of Paducah. Kentucky, together riith all
necessary manholes, intakes, sewers, catch basins and driveways;
same to be made of concrete, NO!,-? THEREFORE,
BE IT �BY THP BOARD of COVIIIISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OP PA DUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That both sides of Seventh Street, from the North
property line of Husbands Street to the South curb line of Caldwell
Street, and Caldwell Street from the ':lest property line of Seventh
Street to the '_East curb line of Eighth Street, be improved by
constructing thereon concrete curbs and gutters, with all necessary
manholes, intakes, catch basins, sewers, driveways and all necessar
sever nips and all necessary engineering, advertising and legal
and clerical service in connection therewith, and all to be paid
for by the owners of abutting property and constructed upon the
ten year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction of said work after the adoption and
publication of this resolution.
SECTION 3'.
I
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
passage.
