-HERFAS, it is deemed a necessity and is hereby declared
by the Board of Commissioners to be a necessity that the driveway on
Seventy. Street, from the North curb line of Husbands Street to the South
curb line of Cald-ell Street, and on Caldwell Street from the ':'est curb
line of Seventh Street to the East curb line of Eighth Street, in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the grading ^nd graveling of
same, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and
sewer pipe connections; N0.-7, THEREFORE;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COIRMMSIONIM OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH,, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the driveway on Seventh Street, from -the North curb
ine of Husbands Street to the South curb line of Caldwell Street, and on
aldwell Street, from the ':!est curb line of Seventh Street to the East
urb line of Eighth Street,in the City of Paducalvi Kentucky, be improved
y the grading and graveling of same, together with all necessary manholes,
ntakes, catch basins and seiner nipe connections and all necessary
engi.necring, advertising and legal and clerical service in connection
herewith, in accordance '::ith the plans and specifications provided there -
or by the Commissioner I-- Public 'forks, at the cost of the abutting
roperty owners thereon on both sides thereof, and providing that the cost
�of such construction may be paid in accordance i^ith the provisions of the
on year peyrient plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
rdinance for the construction of said irork after the adoption and
ublication of this resolution:

This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
assage;
