AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE TACKING OR POSTING OF SIGNS, PLACARDS,
CARDS OR OTHER ADVERTISEMENTS ON TELEPHONE POSTS, ELECTRIC LIGHT POSTS
OR TREES ON OR ALONG LNY OF THE SIDEVALKS, STREETS, ALLEYS OR PUBLIC
GROUNDS F-ITHIN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, hEN'TUCKY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GENERAL COU14CIL OF THE CI'T'Y OF PALUCAH,
REN 1'UCKY:
: SECTION 1 :
It shall he unlariful for any person, firm or corporation to
tack, place or post any signs, cards, placards or advertisements of
any character on any telephone or electric light post or trees on or
along any of the sidewalks, streets,` alleys or public grounds in the
City of Paducah, lientucky.
. SECTION 2 .
Any violation hereof shall be deemed a misdemeanor and the
offender shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10.00 nor more
than ;;25.00 for each offense.
: SECTION 3 :
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from its passage, record and publication.
