AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING AUT01,:09ILES OR VEHICLES, EXCEPT AI.BULaICES
OR FIRE DEPARTMENT VEHICLES, FROTH MALING A COISPLE-TE OR "U" TURN ON
BROADWAY STREET BET71EEN THE .TEST SIDE OF FIRST STREET AND THE EAST SIDE OF
7TH STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, 1211'2":C` -Y.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF _'HE CITY OF PADUCAH,
. SECTION 1 .
All automobiles or vehicles, except ambulances or Fire Department
vehicles, when running upon Broadway Street are hereby prohibited from
making a complete or "U" turn on said Broadway Street between the West
side of First Street and the East side of 7th Street in the City of
Paducah, Ientucky.
SECTION 2
Any person, company or corporation violating the provisions
of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine
of not less than 05.00, nor more than ;25.00 for each offense.
SECTION 3
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
. SECTION 4 .
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage, record and publication.
