ACCORDANCE WITH TIL PLAINS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CITY ENGIN FR AT THE .
COST OF TIE ABUTTING PROPERTY OWI'TERS, UND THAT SAID D,1-ROVF1Ej•TT BE 1.1ADE
UPON THE TEN YEAR PAYMENT PLAN.
NHEREAS, it is desired by the property owners and now deemed and
declared to be a necessity that Rock Alley, hereinafter -particularly
described, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction
of same of concrete.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GEN R._L COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,

: SECTION 1 :
That Rock Alley, which runs from Jefferson Street, towards
B;.-oadway Street between 3rd and 4th Streets, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, and running from the South line of Jefferson Street, in a uniform
width of 16 feet 6 inches toward Broadway Street, a distance of 173 feet,
3 inches; thence in a straight line toward Broadway Street 20 feet;
thence at right angles and toward 4th Street 38 feet 3 inches- thence at
right angles on towards Jefferson Street 20 feet, and thence at
right angles and towards 3rd Street 21 feet 9 inches to the 'Jest line of
s9id alley, be improved by the construction of same of concrete in accor-
dance with the plans and specifications furnished therefor by the City
Engineer of said City and the cost thereof to be paid by the abutting or
bounding property owners, and that said construction be made upon the ten
year payment plan.
SECTION 2 ,
The City Solicitor is requested to bring in an ordinance in
accordance with this resolution for the improvement of said alley.
SECTION 3
