A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ZONING AND PLANING COMI.IISSION,
THE BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS, AND THE PUBLIC 111PROV19.1ENT C61114ITTEE,
TOG ETHER WITH THE CITY ENGINEER, TO CONSIDER AND DETERMINE THE EXTENSION
OF THE CITY LIMITS, AND THE ANNEXATION OF SUCH ADDITIONAL TERRITORY AS
PUBLIC NECESSITY REQUIRES, AND TO CAUSE A SURVEY OF SAME TO BE MADE BY
SAID CITY ENGINEER FOR CONSIDERATION BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning and Planing Commission, the Board of
Park Commissioners, and the Public Improvement Committee, together with
the City Engineer be, and they are hereby authorized to consider and
determine the extension of the corporate limits of the City, and to
recommend the annexation of such additional territory as public interest
and mecessity may require, and to cause a survey of same to be made by

the City Engineer for consideration by the General Council.
i; This resolution shall take effect after its approval
and publication.
