A RESOLUTION nCUEPTING THE BID OF KOLLER PLUMBING COMPANY
( INCORPORATED), OF PONCA, OKLAHOMA, AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT TO 3AIE.
COidPANY I'OR THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF SEI !ER LATERALS IN
SE -.',EH ZONES, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 IN THE CITY OF PADUCAI-1, KENTUCKY; AND
AUT11ORIRING THE MAYOR OF PADUCA.H TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAII, KENTUCKY, AND TO dPPROVE AND ACCEPT TH
BOND OF SAID CONTRACTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY- OF PA DUCIyiI,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the bid of the Koller Plumbing Company, (Incorporated
of Ponca, Oklahoma, .for the construction and installation of lateral
sewers in Seaver Zones 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, in Seaver District No. 3, in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, pursuant to the recommendation of the
Board of Public Works of said City, be accepted as the lowest and best
bid, and that the contract for the construction of said sewers be, and

j the same is hereby awarded to said Koller Plumbing Company (Incorpei-ated).
SECTION 2.
Said bid is accepted and the contract awarded in accordance'
with the contract, form of proposal, information for bidders, specifi
cations and plans, as originally adopted by the Board of Commissioners
P: of said City, and such specifications and plans as amended and adoptee
by the General Council of said City, and pursuant to all ordinances,

resolutions and motions pertaining to the construction of said sewers)
as adopted by said City.

SECTIOId 3.
The City of Paducah reserves the right to select any type
of sewer, or any class of material set forth in said bid which may bei
deemed advanta„eous to the interest of said City, and may select any
alternate contained in said bid for the construction of said sewers.
SECTION 4.
J. N.- --- .,E4ayor of said City, is hereby authorized
and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of said City
between the said Koller Plumbing Company and the City of Paducah r;

the construction and installation of said i wwhichseers, hich contract
shall be executed in triplicate, one copy to be filed with the City
Clerk, one copy with the City Auditor and one copy to be delivered to
the contractor.
