A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT 21ST STREET FROM CLAY STREET TO MIADISON STREET IPI "[HE CITY OF PADUCAIi, KENTUCKY, HAS HERETOFORE BEEN LAID OUT AND OPENED FOR USE AS A STREET, AND HAS BEEN USED AS SUCH BY THE PUBLIC FOR MORE THAN YIVE YEARS LAST PAST; AND OrRDERING THA^1 THE DEDICATION THEREOF BE NOW ACCEPTED BY THE CITY OF R,DU CAH. '.HEREAS, 21st Street from Clay Street to Madison Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, was laid off and opened to the public for use as a street, and has been so opened and used as such for more than five years last past. BE IT NOW RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the dedication aforesaid of 21st Street from Clay Street to Madison Street in the City of Paducah; Kentucky, be, and same is hereby accepted by said City. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
