BE IT ORDAINED BY Tli,3 GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
P,iIiJCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City Board of Health is hereby authorized ai
Idirected to designate and establish suitable places for the deposit
and dumping of trash and dry garbage in the 0ity of Paducah.
Said Board shall publish the location of such dumpini
places so established, and shall cause a sign or signs to be erected
at or near each location for the guidance of persons engaged in the
hauling of same.

SECTION 2.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to dump or deposit trash or dry garbage of any character,
within the City of Paducah, other than at the dumping places establishe(I
by said Board of Health.
SECTION 3.
tiny person, firm or corporation violating the
provisions. hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and subject to a:

fine of not less than $5.00 nor more than $10.00 for each offense.
SECTION 4.
.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
