RENT STALLS IN THE CENT_13AL ENCLOSED PORTION OF 'IHE IdARKET MOUSE, FOR
FRUIT STANDS, OR OTHER PURPOSE PJ'PROVED BY TIIE BOARD OF HEALTH.
WHEREAS, there is now a surplus of stalls for butchers
in the central enclosed portion of the market house, and it is desired
that same be utilized for other suitable purposes;
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Board of Public Works of the City of Paducah;
be, and it is hereby authorized to rent stalls in the central enclosed
portion of the 1,7arket House for fruit stands, or other purpose approved
by the Board of Health, and to establish such rules and regulations as
may be necessary to control same.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
