WHEREAS, the present corporate limits of the city of Paducah, Kentucky, from the intersection of Benton Road and Mill Street and extending thence in an Easterly direction with Mill Sbreet to low water mark on Tennessee River, is indefinite in that no I. particular part in line of Mill Street is designated or described; and, I I WHEREAS it is desired and deemed necessary for the purpose of providing a street or public way in which the water mains of Yaducah "later Company may be laid for the purpose of better fire protection for the factories, industries and inhabitants located in the vicinity of such boundary line, that the same be fixed or established on the East side of Mill Street; NOVA, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GENERAL COUNCML OF THE CITY OF PADUCi?H, KENTUCKY: I SECTION 1.
