a RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEPIENT OF 5TH STREET
FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF ELIZABETH STREET TO THE NORTH PROPERTY
LINE OF BROAD STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY GRADING AND
GRAVELING SAME, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED
THEREFOR BY THE CITY ENGINEER, AT TIE COST OF THE OFINERS OF THE ABUTTING
PROPERTY, AND PROVIDING TH,aT THE SAI4E SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED UNDER THE
PROVISIONS OF THE 10 YEAR PAYI4ENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, it is desired by the property owners, and is
deemed and hereby declared to be a necessity, that the street described
in the caption and hereafter described, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be improved by the grading and graveling of same. NOW, THEREFORE;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
: SECTION 1 :
That 5th Street from the south property line of Elizabeth
Street to the North property line of Broad Street, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be improved by the grading and graveling of same, and the
construction of all necessary man -holes, intakes, catch basins, drain
pipes and sewer pipe connections, in accordance with the plans and
specifications of the City Engineer, and providing that the cost of such
construction may be paid in accordance with the provisions of the 10
payment plan.
SECTION 2 :
The City Splicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
in accordance with this resolution for the construction thereof.
: SECTION 3 :
This resolution shall take effect, and be in force from its
passage, approval and publication.
