A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE
SIDEWALKS, CURBS AND GUTTERS, TOGETHER !`LITH ALL NECESSARY MANHOLES,
INTAKES, CATCH BASINS AND SE'AER PIPE CONNECTIONS, ON BOTH SIDES OF
HARRISON STREET FROId THE .VEST CURB LINE OF 19TH STREET TO THE EAST
PROPERTY LINE OF 21ST STREET, EXTENDt]D, IN THE CITY OF PALUCAH,
KENTUCKY, IN ACCORDANCE WITII THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED
THEREFOR BY THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY, AT TIIE COST OF THE
Ij ABUTTING PROPERTY 0 -:!TIERS, AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH COST MAY BE PAID
FOR' UNDER THE 10 YEAR PAYMENT PLAN.
"jHEREAS, it is desired by the property owners and is deemed,
and hereby declared, to be a necessity that the street described in
the caption and nereinafter described, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be improved by the construction of concrete sidewal_ts,
curbs and gutters, together with all necessary man -holes, intakes,
catch basins, driveways and sewer pipe connections; NOW; THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAI,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.

That both sides of Harrison Street from the west curb line

of 19th Street to the east property line of 13th Street, extended, in
the City of raducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of
i
concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, together with all necessary
manholes, intakes, catch basins, driveways and sewer pipe connections
in accordance with the plans and specifications provided therefor by
the City Engineer of said City, at the cost of the abutting property
I owners, and providing that such cost may be paid for in accordance
with the 10 year payment plan.
SECTION 2,
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
in accordance with this resolution for the construction of said
improvement.

SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from itsl
passage, approval and publication.
