AN ORDINANCE CRATING THE OFFICE OF ALL TIME NEAT AND
MILK INSPECTOR IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; PRESCRIBIIIG THE TERM
OF OFFICE+ GIALIFICA2IONS AND C011P".NSATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the office of Meat and I.lilk Inspector, for all time'
service, is hereby created and established in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky.
SECTION 2.
Said Officer shall inspect all meats and fish offered
for sale in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, and shall make tests of all
milk and milk products therein offered for sale, and keep accurate records
of Same, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Board of
Health of said City, And he shall perform all other duties assigned
to him by said Board of Health of the Health Officer of said City.
SECTTION 3.
No one shall be eligible for election to such office
who is not a graduate veterinarian.
SECTION 4.
Said Officer shall be chosen by the General Council

of the City of Paducah, and shall hold his office for the term of one
year, and until his successor shall have qualified. He shall execute
bond with good and approved surety in the stun of x;2000.00 for the
faithful discharge of his duties.

The salary of said Officer shall be 941800.00 per yea
payable in monthly installments.
All ordinance, or parts of ordinances, in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from its passage, approval and publication.
