1;entucky, is hereby especially classified, and a tax of 2.;' on each

and levy thereof is hereby made accordinCly. The amount from said
levy shall be pro -rated to the several departments and under the
:a-rious heads in accordance with the manual apportionment ordinance
of said city.

Every Iverson, company or corporation engaEed as a dealer
in the handlinE of unn,:anufactured agricultural products in the city; of
ridnjuh, Zentucky, shall, on July let of each ,year, of within the ten
days thereafter, deliver tr, the City Assessor of said City, a statement
11under oath, showing the amount, nrade and fair cash value of such u.n-
�manufaewred udricnitural products belon5-i, to such person, companv
or corporation on the 16t day of July of. each year.
MWIDR 3.
any person, company or corporation that shall fail to
make report as required by LIC21OR 2, hereof shall forfeit any NEE
to claim the benefits of the 6pecial classifications herein provided,
and be ..hject to the ad vu.lorem tax imposed by said city on otI:er
