IRHEEEAS, It is desired by the property orzrers, and is deemed
and hereby declared tb be a necessity that the streets described in -
the caption, and hereinafter described, in t1.e cite of Paducah, Ken-
tucky, be improved by the construction of concrete sidewalks, curbs,
gutters, and driveways, together with the necessary manholes, intakes
catch basins, drain pipes and server pipe connections, N0:7, THEREFORE -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF TR 01=, OF ?ADUCPH,
KENTUC KY :
SECTION I.
That both sides of 13th. street from the north curb line of
Tennessee street to the south curb line of Jackson street; both sides
of Tennessee street from the vest curb line of l6th. street to 'the
north curb line of Guthrie Auenue; both sides of North lith street
from the north property line on Madison street to the south cr.rb line
of Trimble street; both sides of T.Ionroe street from the west property

tion of concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveways, and all inter-
sections, hot heretofore constructed as fully shown by the plans of the

city engineer, therefor, together with all manholes, intakes, catch
basins, cast iron drain pipe and sewer pipe connections, in accordance
with the plans and specifications to be furnished by the city engineer
of said city, at the cost of abutting property owners and providing
i
that the same shall be constructed upon the ten year fvyment plan.
SECTION 2.

The city ..rsorves the rijit to receive bids on granits curb
i
and concrete curb, and to use whichever may appear to be the most prac-
ticable for such use.
SECTION 3.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an Ordinance with
this resolution for the construction thereof.
SECTION 4.
This resolution shall take effect from its p-ssage, approval
and publication.
