IMPHOVERENT OF MURRELL BOULEVARD (SOUTH IOTH STREET) FROiii THE SOUTH LINE OF TENTNESSES STREET TO THE SOUTH' LINE OF CALDu'.ELIā€¢ STREET, AND THENCE VEST ON CALDiwEI,L STREET FROM TAURRELL'I BOULEVARD TO 12TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY THE CON- STRUCTION OF CONCRETE STREET rND GUTTERS, nND CURB EITHER OF CONCRETE OR GRANITE, IN ACCORDANCE VI'TH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER, AT THE COST OF TIME ABUTTING PROPERTY OVNERS, AND PROVIDED THAT SAME SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED UPON THE I0 YEAH PAYMENT PLAN. V.HEREhS, it is deemed, and is hereby declared to be a necessity, that the streets described in the caption, and hereinafter described, in; the City of Paducah, Rentucky, be improved by the construction of con- crete street driveways, curb and gutters, NOW, THEREFORE - BE IT RESOLVED BY 2HE GEN3dAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION I. That Murrell Boulevard (South 10th street) from the south line of Tennessee street to the south line of Caldwell street, and thence west on Caldwell street from Murrell Boulevard to 12t1i street, together with all; necessary intakes, catch basins, manholes, drain pipes and sever pipe connections, and all driveways, in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, be im- proved by the construction of same of concrete, except that the curb may be either concrete or granite determined by the acceptance of bid therefor in acro rdance with the plans and specifications of the City Engineer, the cost thereof to be borne by the abutting property owners, and provided that the same may be constructed upon the ten year pay ent finance in ;e, approval
