Robertson, by the Livingston County Court, a ferry franchise permitting them to operate a ferry be- tween Livingston Point ana a point in Paducah near the foot of Elizabeth Street. kjiD UiEtiErS, said franchise has been conveyed to George H. i'+ilson, which transfer and assignment of said ferry franchise was on the 5th day of May, 1924 duly ratified by the Tivingston County Court, and, V.HEREAS, the said George H. I.ilson proposes to establish a ferry between said Livingston Point and a point in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, near the foot of Elizabeth Street, and to operate said ferry, and agrees to place in said business a steam ferry boat, which will require docks for landing purposes. BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the said George H. silson, his heirs and assigns, is hereby granted the right and privileges to land saic ferry at the foot of Elizabeth Street or near thereto in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and is given the privilege to build such docks and to have at and thereon any and all equipment necessary for the successful maintenance thereof and the successful operation of said ferry boat. Such privilege to be and remain so long as the said George H.
