INTAKES, CATCH BASINS AND SEl'l R PIPE CONNECTIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF
SOUTH NINETEENTH STREET, FROM THE SOUTH PRuPERTY LINE OF BROADNAY TO
THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF GUTHRIE AVENUE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, IN ACCORDj,NCE '.,'ITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED
THEREFOR BY THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY, AT THE COST Or, THE ABUTT
PROPERTY ONNERS, AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH COST MAY BE PAID FOR UNDER
THE TEN YEAR PAYPAENT PLAN.

WHEREAS, it is desired by the property owners and is
deemed and hereby declared to be a necessity that the street describe
in the caption and hereinafter described, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be improved by the construction of concrete sidewalks;

curbs and gutters, together with all necessary manholes, intakes,
catch basins and sewer pipe connections:

NOl'7, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That both sides of South Nineteenth Street from the
South property line of Broadway to the North property line of
Guthrie Avenue in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the
construction of concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, together with
all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe con-
nections, in accordance with the plans and specifications furnished

therefor by the City Engineer of said City, at the cost of the abutting
paoperty owners, and providing that such cost may be paid for in
accordance with the ten year payment plan.
SECTION 2e
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
in accordance with this resolution for the construction herein
provided.
SECTION j
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from its
passage, approval and publication.
