AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE SALARY AND DUTIES OF THE
HEALTH OFFICER OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, f.ENTUCY.Y.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GENERAL COUNCL OF THE CI'_'Y OF
PADUCAH, LNTUCia:
--SECTION 1. --
The Health Officer who shall be chosen by the Board of
Health of the City of Paducah, :_entucky, shall perform all duties
imposed upon him by the said Board of Health, and shall devote his

time and professional skill exclusively to the discharge of. the
duties assigned to him by the.said Board of Health. He shall
have supervision of the public 'clinic, labatory,and all other
departments pertaining to the
preservation of the health of the
citzens of the City of Paducah.

--SECTION 2—
The compensation of the City Health Officer shall
be 1,300.00 per month.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed

iand this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from its
passage, approval and publication.
