A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION
OF CURB AND GUTTERS OF CONCRETE AND STREET OF HOCK ASPHALT, OF.15TH
STRCET FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF BROADIAY TO

LINE OF KENTUCKY AVENUE, TOGETOOR QTH ALL NECESSARY MANHOLES, INTAKES
CATCH BASINS, DRAIN PIPES AND SEVER PIPE coppIIC'TIONS AND ERIVEZAYS,
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FURNISIIED BY THE CITY ENGINEER, aT THE COST OF THE
ABUTTING PROPERTY DINERS, «ND PROVIDING THAT SAME WAIL BE CON-
SPRUC'TED UPON THE TEN YE:+R PaYLL7NT PLAN.
AHEREAS, It is desired by the property owners, and is deemed
and hereby declared to be a necessity that the streets, described in
the caption, and hereinafter described, in the City of Paducah, Ken-
tacky, be improved by the construction Of curb and gutters of concrete
and street of Rock Asphalt, together with all necessary manholes, in-
takes,. catch basins, drain pipes and sewer pipe connections, NOA,
THEREFORE -
BE IT RESOLVED BY 'HE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CCITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
�J��That 15th street from the south property line of Broadway to
the-3vir�t-h� c� line of Kentucky Avenue in the City of Paducah, Ken-
tucky, be improved by the construction of curb and gutters of concrete
and street of nock Asphalt, together with all necessary manholes, in-
takes, catch basins, cast iron drain pipes, sewer pipe connections,
and driveways at the cost of tie abutting property owners, and provid-
ing that same shall be constructed upon the 10 year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an Qrdinance in
accordance with this resolution for the construction thereof.
SECTION 3.
