WHEREAS, There has been approtioned from the revenues of tiq
The City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the -year, 1925, only the sum of 4;400.00,
to be paid to the E'cCracken County Fiscal Court, for the maintenance of
a Tuberculosis Sanatorium; and, where -as, said sum has been fully expended
and paid said Court;

That the contribution of 5100.00 per month by the City of
Paducah to the I:icCraeken County Fiscal Court for the maintenance of the
(Tuberculosis Hospii�al be, a the Same is, hereby discontinued; and the
City Clerk is hereby directed.;to notify in writing the Judge of the
I;cCracken County Court the action of the City hereunder.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force
from its passage, approval and publication.
