OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF .THE CITY OF PADUUH :'__ENTUCKY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUC H,
KENTUCKY:
I'--SECTIOTd That there shall be paid to the Chief of the Fire
I
Department of the City of Paducah, Hentucky, a salary of Two
!I Hundred Dollars 01200.00) per month, payable as other salaries as
to time and manner of payment thereof.
_SECTION 2.--
That there shall be paid to the Captains in charge of
the several stations of the Fire Department of said City, a
salary of One Hundred and Thirty -Five dollars'
each per
month, payable as other salaries as to time and manner of payment
thereof.
SECTION 3. --
That There shall be paid to the operators engaged in the
Fire Department of said City, a salary of One Hundred Dollars
(`,100.00) each per month, payable as other salaries as to time
and manner of payment thereof.
--SECTIOTd 4. --
That the salaries of the firemen now employed in the
Fire Department of the City of Paducah, who have been in service

and members of the Fire Department for twelve (12) months next
before the passage of this ordinance, shall be, and same are hereby
i
fixed and established at One Hundred and Twenty Dollars 0120.00)
each per month, payable as other salaries as to time and manner
of payment.
--SEC^1IOTd 5. --
That the salaries of firemen engaged in said Fire
Department of said City, who have not been in the service of said

Fire Department of Paducah for twelve months, as provided in Section
4 hereof, shall be One Hundred and Ten Dollars (x110.00) each per
month, payable as other salaries as to time and manner of Payment.
SECTION 6.--
The salaries herein provided for shall be in effect

from and including April 1st, 1925.

All ordinances, or portions of ordinances, in oonflict;
herewith, are hereby repealed. i

--SECTION 8 --
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from its
passage, record and publication.
