That the salaries of all patrolmen and members of the
Police Department ranking as patrolmen, of the City df Paducah,
Kentucky, who have been in service and members of the Police
Department for twelve months next before the passage of this
ordinance,"shall be, and same are hereby fixed and established
at x120.00 per month, payable as other salaries as to time and
manner of payment.
--SECTION 2.--
The salaries of all other patrolmen who have not been
in the service for twelve months, as provided in Section 1 hereof,
shall be 17..;110.00 per month, until such time as they shall have been
in continuous service in the Police Department of said City for
twelve months, after which time their salaries shall be the same as
provided for patrolmen in Section 1 hereof.
--SECTIOTd 3.--

The salaries herein provided for shall be in effect
from and including April ls.t, 1925.
--SECTION 4.--
A'_1 ordinances, and parts of ordinances, in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed.
_-13ECTION 5. --
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
its passage, record and publication.
