A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF VASSEUR AVENUE

AT CENTER OF THE CONCRETE BRIDGE NM'; CONSTRUCTED ACROSS THE BOUNDARY
LINT; OF SAID CITY, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AT THE COST OF
THE MNERS OF THE ABUT'T'ING PROPERTY, AND PROVIDING THAT THE, SAIrK;
SH„I•L BE CONSTRUCTED UPON 'ME TEN YEAR PAYMENT PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENEReL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY.
SECTION I.
That Vasseur Avenue from Bridge Street (near the Jones.'Cold
Storage Plant), to the limits of the city of Paducah, Kentucky, at or
about the concrete bridge across the boundary line of said city, in the
city of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by grading and grrlveling same,
in accordance vrith the plans and specifications furnished by the City
Engineer, at the cost of the abutting property oviners, and providing
that the cost thereof shall be subject to the ten year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an Ordinance in
accordance with this resolution for the construction thereof.
SECTION 3.

This resolution shall take effect from its passage, approval
and puolication.
