FROM BROADV�AY TO JEFFERSON STREET IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPE-
CIFICATIONS OF THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY AND AT THE COST OF THE ABUT-
TING PROPERTY OWNERS AND PROVIDING THAT THE SAME SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED

UPON THE IO YEAR PAYMENT PLAN.
GiHEREAS, It is deemed a necessity and desired by the property
owners that the streets described in the caption hereof, and hereinafter
described, in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by grading and
graveling same, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, sewers and
catch basins; NOW, THEREFORE -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY" OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY: •
That Kentucky Avenue from 20th street to 25th street; Clark street
from 17th street to 21st street, Leech Avenue from 10th street to 11th
street, and 11th street from Leech Avenue to Burnett street; Jackson
street from intersection of 19th street and Guthrie Avenue to 25th street;,
Monroe street from 21st street to 25th street, and 21st street from T;:on-
roe street to the alley between Monroe street and Jefferson street, and 23rd
street from LTonroe to Jefferson street, and 21st street from Broadway
to Jackson street; 23rd street and 24th street between Broadway and Ken-
tuckey avenue streets; and 22nd street from Broadway to Jefferson street
be improved by grading and graveling same, together with all necessary
manholes, catch basins and sewers thereon in the city of Paducah, Ken-
tucky, in accordance with the plans and specif'ie,ations to be furnished
by the city engirieeP'of'said city, and the cost thereof to be paid by _
the abutting the 10 year payment plan.

SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance in \
�j accordance with this resolution for the construction thereof. 'I ?
