A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION CF CONCRETE SIDE-
YiALKS ON BOTH SIDES OF IONROE STREET FROM THE itEST LINE OF THE
ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD RIGHT O.F'4AY AT IOTH STREET TO THE EAST SIDE
OF 12TH STREET, AND BOTH SIDES OF NORTH IITH STREET FROM THE NORTH
PROM RTY LINE OF JEFFERSON STREET TO THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF 1,'L4DISON
STREET, TOGESHEER PrITH ALIS NECESSARY MANHOLES, INTAKES AND SEVER PIPE
CONNECTION IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, IN ACCORDANCE iiITH THE
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO BE FURNISHED BY THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID
CITY, AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY 0`�iNERS, AND PROVIDED THAT
THE SAME STALL BE CONSTRUCTED UPON THE IO YEAR PAYMENT PLAN.
Y-HEREAS, It is desired by the property owners, and deemed and
hereby declared to be a necessity that the streets described in the
caption hereof, ano hereinafter described, in the city of Paducah, Ken-
tudky, be improved by the construction of concrete sidewalks, together
with all necessary manoles, intakes, sewers and catch basins; NOV,,
THEREFORE -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL 0$ THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KEN TUae, Y :
SECTION I.
That concrete sidewalks on both sides of I.Zonroe street from the
west line of the Illinois Central Railroad Right of Yisy at 10th street
to the east side of 12th street, and on both sides of North 11th street
from the north property line of Jefferson street to the north property
- line of Liadison street, be constructed, together with all necessary
manholes, intakes, sewers and catch basins, in the city of Paducah, Ken
tucky, in accordance with the plans and specifications to be furnished
by the City Engineer of said city, and the cost thereof to be paid by
the abu:t-(ff4Ati*Arj4FjtiZners upon the 10 year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an Ordinance in
accordance with this resolution for the construction thereof.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take eff3ct from its passage, approval
and publication.
