" BE IT ORDrINED BY THE GENEFaL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, i, iiENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the old Clinton Road from a point where the same inter- sects the East property line of A. E. Cole, and the west nropertq line of Alvie Feltz, and commencinIg at an alley on the East of said nroperty of Alvie Feltz, and extending; between the property of A. E. Cole and Alvie Feltz to the East line of Nineteenth Street bV_ and the same is now closed. SECTION 2. That the dedication by A. E. Cole and Alvie Feltz of a strip of land twenty (20) feet in width extending at right angles from the East line of Nineteenth Street to the line of the Old Clinton Road, be and the same is now accepted by the city of Paducah, Kentucky, and same is now opened as a public thoroughfare of said City. SECTION 3.
