PADUCAH, AND DESIGNaTING A PLACE, THAT HIS OFFICE SIiALL BE PnIO -INED,
AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO COPlPLY ::'ITH SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF PADUCA
KENTUCKY.
SECTION 1_

The i:iayorts office shall be located in the City Hall
Building, 3rd Floor, northeast room.
STICTION 2.
The Mayor of the.City of Paducah is hereby required to
keep office hours of six hours per day, six days per week,' Three
hours in the forenoon, between the hours of 6:00 otclock and 12:00
o'clock and three hours in the afternoon between the hours of 1:00
otclpck and 6:00 otclock P. 1. He may select any three consecutive
hours between these dates.
SECTION 3.
For failure on the part of the 'Mayor to comply with any
of the terms of this ordinance he shall be guilty of misfeasance in
office and on conviction be fined in any sum of not less than $5.00
per day nor more than $00.00 per day.
SECTION 4.
I
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.
This ordinance shall take effect and he in force from
and after its passage, approval and publication.
