AND GUTTERS, TOGETHER WITH:ALL NECESSARY MANHOLES, INTAKES, CATCH BASINS,
AND SEWER PIPE CONNECTIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF 141H STREET FROM THE NORTH
PROPERTY LINE OF JEFFERSON STREET TO THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF MONROE
STREET,'IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED THEREFOR BY THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY,
AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS, AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH COST
MAY BE PAID FOR UNDER THE TEN YEAR PAYBIENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, it is desired by the property owners and is deemed
and hereby declared to be a necessity that the street described in the
caption, and hereinafter described, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be improved by the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, together
with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins, and sewer pipe
connections: NOVI, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That both sides of 14th Street from the north property lire
of Jefferson Street to the south pr6perty line of Monroe Street in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of concrete
curbs and gutters, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch
basins and sewer pipe connections, in accordance with the plans and
specifications furnished therefor by the City Engineer, of said City at t
cost of the abutting property owners, and providing that such cost may be
in accordance with the ten year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance in
cordance with this resolution for the construction herein provided.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from its'
ssage, approval and publication.
