A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT BY GRADING AND
GRAVELING OF PAXTON AVENUE FROM THE WEST CURB LINE OF BLOOM AVENUE TO THE'
WEST PROPERTY LINE OF ALEXANDER AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF PA DUCAH, KENTUCILY,
TOGETHER WITH ALL NECESSARY MANHOLES, INTAKES, CATCH BASINS AND SEWER PIPE
CONNECTIONS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FUR,JISHED THERE-
FOR BY THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY, AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY
OWNERS, AND PROVIDING THAT SUCK COST I'.4AY BE PAID FOR UNDER THE TEN YEAR
PAYI.:ENT PLAN.
I'MEREAS, it is desired by the property owners, and deemed and
hereby declared to be a necessity that the street described in the caption,
and hereinafter described, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by
the grading and graveling of same, together with all necessary manholes,
intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe connections: NOW, THEHEFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PiDUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That Paxton Avenue, from the west curb line of Bloom Avenue
to the west property line of Alexander Avenue, in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be improved by the grading and graveling of same, together with
all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe connections
in accordance with the plans and specifications furnished therefor by the
City Engineer of said Gity, at the cost of the abutting property owners,
providing that such cost may be paid under the ten year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby instructed to bring in an
ordinance in accordance with this resolution for the construction of said
improvement.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force from its
passage, approval and publication.
