A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE CURBS AND
GUTTERS ON BOTH SIDES OF 14TH STREET FROM THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF
JEFFERSON STREET TO THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF MONROE STREET, IN THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, IN ACCORDANCE 'iIITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFI-
CATIONS PROVIDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER, AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTING
PROPERTY 07INERS, AND PROVIDING THAT SANE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED UPON
THE TEN YEAR PAY14ENT PLAN.
IMREAS, It is deemed and hereby is declared to be a necessity,
that concrete curbs and gutters on the street described in the caption,
and hereinafter described, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky; NOVI,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERi1L COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH.
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That 14th Street from the North property line of Jefferson
Street to the south property line of Monroe Street, together with all
necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins, drain pipes and sewer pipe
connections, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the
construction of concrete curbs and gutters in accordance with the plans
and specifications of the City Engineer, at the cost of the abutting
property owners, and providing that the cost of same may be paid upon
the 10 year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance in
accordance with this resolution for the construction of same.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect from its passage, approval
and publication.
