A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEZENT OF PAXTON AVENUE
FROM THE WEST CURB LINE OF BLOOM AVENUE TO THE WEST CURB PROPERTY LINE OF
ALEXANDER AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY THE GRADING AND
GRAVELING OF SAI,fE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS, PROFILE AND SPECIFICATIONS
OF THE CITY ENGINEER, AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS, AND
PROVIDING THAT THE COST OF SAME I.4AY BE PAID UPON THE 10 YEAR PAYMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, It is deemed, and hereby is declared to be a necessity
that the street described in the caption and hereinafter described, in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the grading and graveling of
same; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That Paxtoh Avenue, from the west curb line of Bloom Avanue
to the West property line of Alexander Avenue, together with all necessary
manholes, intakes, catch basins, drain pipes and sewer pipe connections,
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the grading and graveling
of same, in accordance with the plans, profile and specification prepared
therefor by the City Engineer, at the cost of the abutting property owners
and providing that such cost may be paid upon the 10 year payment plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an ordinance
in accordance with this resolution for the improvement aforesaid.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force after
its passage, approval and publication.
