BASINS AND SEIYER PIPE CONNECTIONS ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF CALDWELL STREET AND THE EAST SIDE OF CALDPJELL AVENUE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KrJTTUCKY. AS FOLLOWS: "BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CALDWELL STREET 350 FEET '..LST OF THE CIEST PROPERTY LINE OF 12TH STREET, AND RUNINING THENCE ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF CALD`,'ELL STREET APPROXI?IATELY 136 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION OF CALD71ELL STRE;T AND CALD77ELL AVENUE (13TH STREET),THENCE ALONG THE "EAST SIDE OF CALD'--!ELL AVENUE (13TH STREET) ABOUT 1336 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION] OF CALDIELL AVENUE INITH UNION OR BR0.N STREET, EXCEPTING THEREFROII THE LOW GROUND ON CALD'.9ELL AVENUE LYING BETWEEN STATIONS 12 x 07 and 15 x 63, BEING A DISTANCE OF 356 FEET, AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTIJG PROPERTY 011ERS t„ID PROVIDINIG THAT Si.I::E I.iAY BE PAID FOR UPON THE 10 YEAR PAYiSENT PLA::.” iHEREAS, it is desired by property owners and is hereby declared to be a necessity that Caldwell Street and Caldwell Avenue as hereinafter particularly described in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by the construction of sidewal_is and curbs, and gutters of either concrete or granite: MNTUCKY: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERIL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RkDUCAH, SECTION 1. That Caldwell Street and Caldwell Avenue, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky: Beginning at a point on the south side of Caldwell Street, 350 feet West of the West property line of 12th Street,.and running thence along the South side of Caldwell Street 136 feet to the intersection of Caldewell Street and Caldwell Avenue(13th Street), thence along the east side of Caldwell Avenue (13th Street) about 1336 feet to the intersection of Caldwell Avenue with Union or Brown Street, excepting therefrom the low ground along Caldwell Avenue, lying between Stations 12 x 07 and 15 x 63, being about 356 feet, in accordance with the plans, specifications and grade furnished therefor by the City Engineer of said City, and which are now referred to and made part hereof as if specifically set forth herein. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is requested to bring in an ordinance in accor- dance with this resolution for the improvement of said Streets. SECTION 3. This resolution shall take effect from its passage, record and publication. Attest
