I'MEREAS, The City Treasurer of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
has, pursuant to Section 3132 of the Kentucky Statutes, designated the
City National Bank of Paducah, as the City Depository for the deposit
of the general funds of said City, and the Citizens Saving Bank, of
Paducah, Kentucky, as the depository for the sinking fund account: of
said City; and,
VJHHEREAS, it is made the duty of said Council to fist the amount
of bond required to be executed by said depositories:
BE IT N0W RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PADUCAI1,
KENTUCKY:
That the bond of the City Depository named for the deposit
of the general fund of said City be, and the same is hereby, fired at
5100,000.00; and the bond of said depository for the deposit of the
sinking fund be, and the same is hereby, fixed at 5$75,000,00.
