{I! THAT SAME SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED UPON THE TEN YEAR PAYMENT PLANT.
VTHEREAS, it is deemed a necessity and desired by the property
owners that the streets described in the caption hereof, and the streets

,hereinafter described, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed
or improved paving material: NOW, THEREFORE -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1,
That Tenth Street from the North property line of Jefferson
Street to the South property line of Madison Street, be constructed of
concrete or any other improved paving material, as may be determined by
the Board of Commissioners, as the best and most economical material for
the construction thereof, and that all necessary manholes, catch basins,
intakes and sewer pipe connections be made, all of which is to be paid
for by the abutting property owners upon the Ten Year Payment Plan.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an Ordinance in
Accordance with this Resolution for the construction thereof.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in force ten (10) days
after its passage, record and publication.
