Company and the City of Paducah, that the said Cumberland Telephone E
Telegraph Company, successors in oimership to the East Tennessee Tele-
phone Company, should pay all costs incurred by the City of Paducah in
the litigation betc-een said East Teszossee Telephone Company and said Cit::
of Paducah in the United States District Court for the Western District
of Kentucky, which costs amount to '1832.54;

'500., which the City of Paducah LLreed to pay to one Hal S. Corbett as
attorney's fee for services rendered in said litigation;

order on the City of Paducah for the sura of :;x500., ,given by Hul S.
Corbett, and one or more suits have been filed a--ainst said Corbett and
process of garnishment served upon the Cumberland 'telephone w Telegraph
Company, seeking to attach in its hands said sum of '500;

proper;
NOV,' T,iMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Paducah
agrees r:nd obligates itself to protect and hold harmless the Cumberland
