BE IT ORDAIIIED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky. _
SECTION I.
That it shall be unlaviful for any person, firm,
company or corporation to erect or maintain in Sevier District Number
Two, of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, any surface closet or toilet -
except upon such property within said District as may not have
facilities for connectins; with the sanitary sevier in said District, _
or of being supplied with water from the mains of the Paducah Water
Company - but as soon as any of such property is furnished with
facilities for connecting same.viith the sanitary serer in said
District, and with the viator mains of the Paducah 'eater Company,
then the provisions of this Ordinance prohibiting the erection or
maintenance of surface closets on such property shall apply.
SECTIOI! II.
zny person, firm, company or corporation violating
this Ordinance shall be fined not less than Five 05.00) Dollars
nor more than Tvienty-five (:4'25.00) Dollars for each offense, and
each day's violation of this Ordinance shall be a separate and i
distinct offense.
