tN ORDINuNCE dUTHORIZING THE BO.6RD OF COLUJISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF 1.iDUCyH TO LET j. CONTRhCT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE OUTFGLL
SEWER IN THE CONTEMPLATED SEVER DISTRICT NUIMER THREE (3) OF THE CITY
OF PADUC.LH, KENTUCKY.
Be it ordained by the Board of Conunissioners of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky :-
SECTION 1.
That the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the lowest and best
bidder for the construction of the outfall sewer in the contemplated
Sewer District !dumber Three (3) of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2.
Said contract to be in accordance with the plans, specifica-
tions and written contract prepared by the Commissioner of Public Works
of the City of Paducah, Kentucky and now on file in his office - all
of which are especially referred to as part hereof as fully as if
embraced herein.
SECTION 3.
Said contract shall be awarded to the lowest and best bidder,
at such time and under such circumstances and conditions as may be
determined for the awarding thereof by the Commissioner of Public Iorks
of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 4.
The cork contemplated and set out in said contract, plans
and specifications, to be paid for wholly out of the Special Sewer
Fund heretofore apportioned therefor by the City of Paducah and now on

hand for such purpose, and in no other way.
SECTION 5.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after ten (10) days after its adoption.
