AId ORDINANCE GRANTING THE ILLINOIS CEITTRAL RAILROAD
COLTAITY CIE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT A SPUR TRACE ACROSS TENNESSEE STREET IN
THE CITY OF PADUC-H, EENTUCEY.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky :
Sec. 1. That there is hereby granted to the
Illinois Central Railroad Company the right to construct a spur track
across Tennessee Street from the spur track now in existence, and con-
necting cath the proposed spur track to be hereafter constructed by the
said Illinois Central Railroad Company on its private property, in
accordance rith Blue Print hereto attached and made a part hereof, as
fully as if embraced herein.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect
from and after its passage.
