Ordinance No.-'? !V AN ORDINANCE GRAIMING THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD COPTANY THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT A SPUR TRACK ACROSS MONROE STREET BEAEEI! FIRST AND SECOND STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEPITUCKY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF 00I.II4ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: Sec. 1. That there is hereby granted to the Illinois Central Railroad Company the right to construct a spur track across Monroe Street, between First and Second Streets, connecting with the tracks now constructed, and proposed to be constructed by said company extending from a distance of one hundred and fifteen feet north of Monroe Street and immediately adjacent to the property of the Ohio River Band and Gravel Company to the spur tracks now constructed over private property between second and first streets, Madison and 1Ionroe Streets, in accordance with Blue Print for the proposed spur'track, hereto attached, which is made a part hereof, as fully as if embraced herein.
