SECTION 2. That all of the funds derived from the assessment of said pro- perty aforesaid, shall be used for the purpose of paying off the special tapcbills issued against said property, or such bonds as may be issued by the City of 'raducah, pursuant to Section 3101 of the Kentucky Statutes. S CTIOIS 3. That pursuant to Section 3101 of the hertuclW Statutes, said assessments may be, at the option of the property o..mers, payable in cash :•rithin thirty (30) days from the publication of this ordinance, or in ter, annual installments, as provided in said Section. SECTION 4. In order to provide a fund for the immediate payment of the cost of that portion of the said assessment which may be paid on the Ten Year payment plan, the City of Faducah mai* issue and sell improvement bonds, and, to secure the payment of said bonds, there is hereby pledged such .taxes and liens on the property assessed herein for the payment of the principal and interest, but such bonds shall not be sold for less than per and the proceeds thereof applied exclusively in payment of the im- provements hereinbefore mentioned, and such bonds, if issued, shall bear interest and shall be payable in accordance -with the provisions of Sections 3101 and 3102 of the lientucky Statutes.
