All persons, before they are admitted to Riverside Hospital as charity patients, shall ic.mediately deliver or agree to deliver to the Superintendent of Riverside Hospital any and all policies held by said patients in any accident or health insurance company, said policies to be held by the Superintendent of Riverside Hospital during the time s patients are confined therein, and said charity patients shall authorize in .,rritin5z, said insurance oompany to pay to Riverside Hospital the indemnity to be received by said patient on account of sickness or accident, in any sum not in excess of Fifteen(�15.00) Dollars per -:!eek, and any and all moneys collected by said Hospital from any insurance company in excess of said sum shall be returned to said petient. SECTIOI? 2. The Commissioner of Fublic 1roperty is hereby authorized to refuse to admit any patient to Riverside hospital, or discharge a.ny patient, .,7ho refuses to deliver said insurance policies as herein state, or who shall refuse to authorize said payments.
