BE CONSTRUCTED UPON THE TEN YEAR YAT,i= ILAN.
WILL i'S, it :is deemed a necessity by the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Paducah, Kontucky and desired by the property owners that
the streets, together lith curbs and gutters described in the caption
hereof, and the streets, together ',.-ith curbs and gutters hereinafter
,described, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of concrete
or some suitable building material; now, therefore, -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COP-.Z:?ISSIOI;::RS OF TILE CITY OF
1ADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the driveway, together :`ith curbs.and gutters and the neces-
sary drain pipes on North ninth Street, from the North property line of
Jefferson Street to the South property line of Iladison Street; also
North Eighth Street, from the ;forth property line of Jefferson Street,
to the South property line of P'adison Street; also ICor.roe Street, from
the 'Vest property line of Ninth Street to the East right of way line of
the Illinois Central Railroad Company, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
except that portion heretof>re improved !rith concrete curbs and gutters,
be constructed of concrete or some other suitable building material ,as
may be determined by the Board of Commissioners as the best and most
economical material for the construction thereof, all of which shall be
done upon the Ten Year Payment Plan and assessed against the abutting
property owners thereon, on both sides thereof, ezoept that portion to b
raid for by the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as required by law.

The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an Ordinance
for the construction of sa'cl ---cork after the adoption and publication of
this Resolution.
SECTI011 3.
This Resolution shall take effect ten (10) days from and after its;
passage.
