CONSTRUCTION OF TRUIPK LINE SE71ERS FOR SUB -DIVISION I,. OF SEE' 2 DISTRICT
NUIBER '1MEE, AS CONTAINED IN THF, BID OF E. R. HARDING COKPANY, OF
RACINE, WISCONSIN.
WHEREAS, an Ordinance was adopted by the Board of Commissioners
on July 1st, 1922, accepting the bid of E. R. Harding Company of Racine,
Wisconsin, as the lowest and best bid, and reserving the right in said
Ordinance to select any type or sewer or any kind of material contained
in said bid, deemed advantageous to the interest of said City, and the
right to select any alternate or alternates contained in said bid, and
the Board of Commissioners having this day made this selection, NOW,
THEREFORE, -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF 110114ISSIONERS OF THE, CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
E. R. Harding Company of Raeir_e, Wisconsin, shall construct

Amco Type of Vitrified Clay Segment Block Sewer shall be used on
a
Nineteenth Street between Jefferson Street and Kentuckf Avenue, a distance
I� of 792.5 feet. All the other Vitrified Clay Segment Block. Sewer shall be
of LaClede-Christy Type. The adoption of Vitrified Clay Segment Block
Se-aer is made subject to tests satisfactory to the Engineer, all of said
construction to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications,
'j contract, form of proposal and information to bidders. The kinds of

,materials herein selected and adopted. are subject to change at any time
as set out in the contract and specifications for this work.

jThe City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to mail, or
:deliver to the said E. R. Harding Company a copy of this Ordinance.
