SECTION 1.
That the bid of A R. Herding Company, Incorporated, of Racine,
;isconsin, for the construction of trunk line se.ie-rs for Sub -Divisions
B. and C. of Serer District 13, which was submitted to the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, on Jame 20th, 1922, be
accepted, as the lowest and best bid, and the contract.for the construcA
ion of said seiner _-,r Sub -Divisions B. and C, of Sewer District =3, is
hereby awarded to said Company.
SECTIOII 2.
Said bid is accepted and the contract awarded, according to the
contract, norm of Iroposal, Information for bidders, Specifications and
clans, as adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah,
Xentucky, and pursuant to all ordinances, resAutions and motions adopt-
od and passed pertaining to the construction of said sewers.
S_C T I OI.T 3.
The City of Paducah, Xe_,tucky, reserves' the runt of select
chv tzpo of sewer, or any class of material contained in said bid, deem-
ed advantageous to the interest of said City, and may select any alter-
nate or alternates contained in said bid for the construction of said
sewer.
SECT ION 4.
F. -.7. Natterjohn, 1:'a;;0r, is hereby :.nthorized and directed to
exertute the contract for tha construction of said sewer, as adopted by
the Board of Commissioners, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah,
entucky, in triplicate, one copy of which is to be failed with the
Board of Commissioners, one copy to be filed in the office of the
Commissioner of Public Finance, and one copy to be delivered to the
Contractor.

This Ordinance shall take effect and be its force ten (10) days
from and after its lassage, record and publication.
