That the bid of 3. R. Harding Company, Incorporated, of Racine,)

7isconsin, for the construction of trunk line no ers for Sub -Division A. of,
Sever District f3, which was submitted to the Board of Commissioners of
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, on June 20th, 1922, be accepted, as the
lowest ah.d best bid, and the contract for. the construction of said sewer fo`r
Sub -Division A. of Sewer .District ?3, is hereby awarded to said Company.
SACK ON 2.
Said bid is ,accepted ar.d the contract awarded, according• to
the Contract, Po-rm of Iroposal, Information for Bidders, Specifications
and Flans, as adopted by the Boyd of Commissioners of the City of Padu-
cah, Kentucky, and pursuant to all ordinances, resolutions and motions
adopted trd passed pertaining to the construction of said seers.
SECT IOE 3.
The City of Paducah, Kentucky, reserves the ri ht to select any
type of sever, or ani• class of material contained in said bid, deemed
advantageous to the interest of said City, and may select any alternate or,
alternates contained in said bid for the construction of said Sewer.
SEC T IOh 4.
F. .7. Zatter john, Lie-yor, is hereby author ir,ed and directed to
execute the contract for the construction of said seer, as adopted by
the Board of Commissioners,-for.and on behalf of the City of Paducah,
KentuchT, in triplicate, one copy of which is to be filed with the Board of
Dommissioners, one copy- to be filed in the office of the Commissioner of
Iublic Finance, and one copy to be delivered to the contractor.
SHOT 101 5.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force ten (10) days
from and after its passage, record and publication.
