entered into -, contract or" the 13th day of June, 1921, for the construction
Of concrete Sidcwallcs, curb,- and -utters, and all necessary manholes, in-
takes, seers and catch basins on South Hinth Street, from Husbands Street
to the Idorth property line of Elizabeth Street, if extended, and on the
south side of 'Tusbards Street, bet-j.,eer l-'iFrhth and Ninth Streets, -.-;hich
work was to have been completed on June 26th, 1922, as -stipulated in a
Resolution, extending the time ,for the completion of said Contract, adopt-
ed on the.19th day of December, 1921; and,
`,"9TER�MS, Reynolds Brothers have filed P- petition requesting that
the time for the completion of said contract be extended to .uRust 23rd,
1922, on account of unavoidable delays and weather conditions.
