That the Deed of Conveyance of Ileal -',..,,state located at Nineteenth
and L:onroe Streets, in Paducah, KrtucI7, from E. R. Bradshaw to the City
of Paducah, 'ertucky, which was ey.ocuted arid. tendered to the City of
Paducah, pursuant to an ordinance adopted on June 12th, 1922, be accepted
by the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
U,CT ION 2.
The Commissioner of Public Finance is hereby authorized and direct-
ed to pay to R. Bradshaw the sum of X1250.00, the purchase -.-rice of
said real estate, and charge same to the Third District Sewer Fund Account.!
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from ani after
its passage.

CAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the .Deed of Conveyance of Rea] Astate located at b`ine-
teenth and Jefferson Streets, in Paducah, Kentucky, from ITS. Blanche
Acree and her husband, Dr. J. B. Acree, to the City of Paducah, Ken-
tucky, which was executed and tendered to the City of Paducah pursuant
to an Ordinance adopted on June 12th, 1922, be accepted by the City,of
Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2.
The Commissioner of Public Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to pay to ITS. Blanche Acree and her husband, Dr. J. 3. Acree
the sun of y?1700.00, the purchase price of said real estate, and charge
same to the Third District Sewer Fund Account.
SECTION Z.
